Your guests are welcomed with a light breakfast of homemade rolls and a good cup of coffee. Both morning and afternoon you can enjoy our break buffet with Nutrition for Learning, and lunch is of course served in our restaurant.
If you need to hold the meeting online, we can do that too. Before the meeting starts, one of our technicians will come by and make sure everything is working.

Meeting with accommodation
A 24-hour course includes breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks and lunch. In addition to accommodation in our quiet rooms, a 2-course conference dinner, planned and prepared by our team of chefs, is included.
As an overnight guest you can use our facilities indoors as well as outdoors. Exercise room, massage chair, indoor and outdoor games area. We have running tracks at reception and there is a swimming pool opposite us.

We have rooms in many sizes. From our lecture hall for 200 people to small meeting rooms. All plenary rooms have a projector and PC on the lecturer's desk.
There are loudspeakers, microphones and amplifiers in the large rooms. There are also flipcharts, whiteboards and various office supplies. Our internet connection throughout the building is 1000 Mbit/s. In addition, our lecture hall has a telecoil.
We can also set up a meeting room for IT training with PCs for everyone. All classrooms overlook green spaces and gardens.

It's a great classroom with light from the side and ceiling. The room has pleasant acoustics and if you are more than 60 people, we recommend that you use a microphone. The room is equipped with a PC, LCD projector with remote control, speakers, lectern, amplifier, flipchart and whiteboard. Our technicians will familiarise you with all the technical aspects before you start and help you along the way if needed. The screen is hung high enough for everyone to see, regardless of the position of tables and chairs. Our internet connection throughout the building is 1000 Mbps.
The hall can accommodate up to:
- 200 people in congress formation
- 200 in rows of chairs
- 144 in rows of tables
- 120 in islands
- 60 in a square
- 96 in herringbone.
- Or we can clear it all and make podiums and stands if you want a fair or exhibition.
Whatever the size of the meeting, we have a suitable meeting room.
All larger rooms are equipped with PC, LCD projector, speakers, flipchart and whiteboard. Our internet connection in the whole building is 1000 Mbit/s.
In addition, we have a teleslynge in our lecture hall.
All rooms have windows and a view of green areas.
If you don't want to be limited by ceilings and walls, there are options in our outdoor facilities. Put the classroom out in one of our many gardens and teach by flipovers. The gardens are often used for group work. Plan a break out in the meadow for a light and different break.
The classrooms for your meeting or course range from 47 - 230 m2 and have windows overlooking green areas and the opportunity to bring the fresh air of North Zealand into the room. Several of the rooms can be combined to double in size. All rooms are equipped with PC, LCD projector with remote control, speakers, amplifier system, flipchart and whiteboard. Our internet connection throughout the building is 1000 Mbit/s. Our technicians will familiarise you with all the technical aspects before you start.
When you need group rooms for your meeting, we make sure they are as close to your plenary room as possible. We have group rooms from 2-12 people, and several with flexible walls to accommodate up to 20 people. You can also book the "Thought Room" if you need space for a group of 4-6 people to sit alone to be inspired by images and a different layout.
We believe in bringing people together. Sometimes that's not physically possible, so we have different technical ways you can reach out to everyone. Whether it's online training where you need to communicate one to many or it's conferences and AGMs where it's more to many, we'll help you find the best solution. We can offer 2 permanent online studios with the most optimal equipment for conducting online meetings and training. Our solutions mean that your external participants don't have to have licences or other bindings.
