The Pharmakon Conference Center is located in Hillerød and has good bus connections from Hillerød Station; for those who are up for it, it’s also possible to walk there. It takes no more than 15 minutes.

Yes, the Pharmakon Conference Center is also a hotel with 136 rooms and its own restaurant.

You can typically check in starting at 1:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 9:00 a.m.

Yes, there is free, lightning-fast Wi-Fi throughout the conference center. You'll receive the password upon arrival.

Our kitchen serves healthy, fresh, high-quality food. This may include breakfast, a lunch buffet, afternoon pastries, and dinner, depending on your arrangements. Much of it is organic and prepared with seasonal ingredients—and above all, the food is homemade.

Yes, we are happy to adapt the menu for vegetarians, vegans, or guests with food allergies or intolerances (e.g., gluten/lactose). Please notify your meeting organizer at least 24 hours before arrival.

No, the Pharmakon Conference Center is a venue for all types of companies and business sectors. We host meetings for all industries and of all sizes.

Yes, you’re welcome to do that. Just stop by the front desk, let them know, and pay for a lobby meeting. It costs 150 DKK for up to two hours. After that, you’re welcome to help yourself to coffee, tea, and whatever refreshments are available while you’re here.

Inside the Pitstop lounge, you'll find a variety of games, such as pool, foosball, air hockey, and darts, as well as a TV and a stereo system.

Outdoors, you can play king’s game and disc golf, sit by the campfire, or take a walk on our meadow. You can also visit Frederiksborg Castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from here, or borrow one of our running routes.

We also have our own fitness room, which is available for free use.
