Heart salad with strawberries, roasted black pepper, spring onions, sour cream and Vesterhavsost

Ingredients:

10 people:

4 lettuces
250 g strawberries
1 spring onion
¼ l whipping cream
1 organic lemon
100 g Vesterhavsost
1 tsp black whole pepper
1 pinch salt

Procedure:

Sour cream, made from whipping cream, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and a little salt. It should be made the day before, so that it thickens best.

Rinse the lettuce, drain and roughly peel.

Rinse and quarter the strawberries.

Finely slice the spring onions.

The pepper is roasted hard and pounded in a mortar.

Grate the cheese - or "peel" it with a thin peeler

Serving:
The cream is quickly mixed with the strawberries and salad. Put it in the bottom of a plate, grate the cheese on top and sprinkle with pepper.
