In our gym you will find cardio and strength training machines.
You can use the gym 24 hours a day.
If you are more into outdoor activities, we have several running routes in the area of different distances.
Ask at reception for maps and options. You can also take a walk in the meadow and play Disc Golf. Hillerød city is within walking distance if you want to explore the city and Frederiksborg Castle.
